Firstly, that you so much for shopping with us. Your support and purchases are what keeps this small biz alive and thriving! You are bringing our dreams to life.

We are so sure you will adore your Nursery Linen and Kids Bedding from The Young Co, however, please do get in touch if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.


EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy, so if you change your mind, we are happy to exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused, unwashed and still in original condition with tags attached. Please be aware that this is for standard size items only. We just ask that you return the item via tracked postage and all postage costs will need to be covered by you. New product will be sent out upon receipt of original item.


RETURNS + REFUNDS

We are a small biz and we are still finding our feet. So at this stage we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you think there is something wrong, please contact us immediately. If it can be shown the item isn't as described, we will gladly exchange or offer a refund within 14 days of receipt. Photos of the product must be emailed to theyoungco@outlook.com to cleary show what the problem is, prior to starting the returns process.


CUSTOM ORDERS

We unfortunately are unable to accept exchanges or returns for change of mind for all custom orders. 

Also, we ask that you please ensure you triple check the measurements you send through for your customs. The measurements you send through are what we use to create your gorgeous custom linen. So if you send through the wrong measurements, unfortunately we are unable to accept exchanges or returns, as it has been custom made for you.


COLOUR DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to display our prints and product images as accurately as possible. All our print and product images are edited to be as close as possible to what they look like in real life. We also do not use filters on Instagram or on the website for this very reason. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to control any colour variations on customer photos that are used on the Website or on Social Media (they may have been edited and/or have filters applied to achieve a certain look). Furthermore, the colour variability of computers and screen monitors is also out of our control. For this reason we do not gaurentee that your screen's display of colour, texture or detail of our products will be accurate. We have no liability if the colours of our products do not match their display on our Website or Social Media (Instagram and Facebook).
